Two more Quilts for Craftsy

Here are two more quilts that I designed for Crafty's new fabric lines.  The first is from Colonial Manor and is called Regent.  It uses the whites, light blues and dark blues from the line. 

This is called Radiant Rainbow.  It is using the Aura Blenders fabrics.  Does this look familiar?  It's similar to Radiant Star!  The background is white and the center star is larger.  Love this quilt too! 

Just a few more days and the kits will be out!  I will keep you posted.  Thanks for stopping by!

to whom it may concern, i purchase the quilt kit many years ago from Craftsy. the pattern was store on a computer which crashed and I am unable to retrieve the pattern. Do you have any idea where i could find the pattern Regent? Tried Craftys and they dont have it. I look forward to hearing from you.

Quiltmakers 100 Blocks Blog Tour Starts Today!

It just happens to start today and be my day to blog.  My block is called Black Pearl. My friend Sue asked me if I named it after the Black Pearl from Pirates of the Caribbean.  Although I like the movie, I did not name my block after the Black Pearl on the movie.  I actually thought of Black Pearls when I looked at my block.  What do you think?  Movie or jewelry? Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Blog Tour

Happy Friday!  Today is my day to join in the Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Blog Tour .  Yes, that means that I have a block included in the magazine!  The tour has been going on all week so make sure that you check out the other designers that are involved in the tour.   Here is the cover of the magazine: It's so great that they have printed 7 - 100 Block Magazines!  I am also so proud to say that I have been in all 7 issues!  My block is called Tiara...do you sense a theme these days?  I have a book coming up next week (squee!) called Diamond Traditions and I called this block Tiara...do you think I'm a princess?!  My husband sure thinks so!  Anyway, here is my block: I used the purple colorway of my fabric with Maywood Studio, Royal Gardens .  I love the way this block has a center that you can fussy-cut or use an interested print inside.  It was fun to make and there are so many possibilities to make a quilt with it....
